BMW 325ci & 330ci 1/4 times

hey

i'm thinking of buying either a bmw 325ci or a 330ci. one of the lower end models. i was just wondering what are their 1/4 times, and is it worth it just to spend a little more for a 330ci?? i would like to know what are each car's 1/4 mile times with manual and automatic transmissions. also should i spend the extra $1200 for the automatic tranny? i know both auto and stick has 5 gears and the auto has slightly higher gearing, but will i even see the difference??? i'm also planning on buying some new rims, exhaust, and performance parts. should i just stick with the manual tranny since i want a sporty car? but it's still a bmw, will it be more classy if i got it in auto?

thanks for the help
