s15 sr20det motor into 95+ 240sx

Hey I want to swap in a S15 SR20DET motor into a 95 240sx. I was wodnering if its basicalyl a direct swap. And if it would be the best motor to swap into the car. And as ive read, the S15 is a 6Speed Manual. Would I need to change anything on the car if I was to have a 6 speed instead 5 speed???

Please let me know ASAP...

search forum, heres some quick pointers, S14 sr20 goes in S14 best. not a DIRECT bolt in like a S14 would be. Change driveshaft and I believe differential for 6 spd tranny and some more drivline modification.
