Unhappy Edlebrock valve covers... need them.

Guys,
I am putting together a Christmas present for my Dad. It will be of his `72 Chevelle SS. Obviously, this will be a special project and I would like to get every detail correct, including the valve covers. I was looking through my collection of kits, and to my surprise, no kit that I have has valve covers like these. Does anyone know if ones like these were ever included in any kits? Any resin versions of these?
Here they are:

Thanks!

There is a resin version of these out there which, IIRC, have photo etch pieces for the logos - I will see if I can find them and post a link.

AMT had an old 55 chevy street machine pick-up that came with a 265 V-8 that had an Edelbrock air cleaner, and valve covers.

You might be able to find one of those around at a local wally-world,

good luck!

Is this the kit?

I wonder if they put them in any other kit.

Re: Edlebrock valve covers... need them.

That is the kit I was talking about.
They also re-released the kit a little while ago, the box art showed the truck in a burgundy type color.

I actually just did some double checking, and found that I didn't even use them when I built the truck. Guess I used a 302 from a Z28.

Anyways, I have a set, including an Edelbrock aircleaner.

Shoot me a PM with your address, and I'll drop them in the mail tomorrow or the next day.

Matt
