Whats the best way to drop 30-40lbs?

Well,

so far, I've gotten into running and walking a mile per day, 3 times a week. I have a goal of losing 30-40 pounds, if i run every day, for 2 miles will I lose some weight faster? I walk, then run, walk, run, walk etc...Will that be enough to drop at least 20 pounds in 1-2 months? and I want to try to have a 10-13 week goal of losing the weight

Thanks in advance for the tips

Do what that guy on Subway did, eat Subs everday, (Not loaded up with Junk), he apparently lost 245lbs, over a like 6 months.

Oh, I figured it was a long time though. I mean 245lbs, that almost twice what I weigh!

Or just put it in your car and then drive around with it in the window.

I meant I could take him out. A response to johnny's comment... Why the hell would I want a Jared stand-ee when I already have Darth Vader?

do 50 crunches and 30 push ups to add to the walkin and running.... then you should loose 20 pounds in a couple months (it's not easy) plus you can't eat barely any fat, read the nutritional value shit on the back of everything

or just get a membership at a fitness place, that's what i did to get ripped!

If I can do It so can you ! I've personally dropped from 225 to 186 now I'm back up to 190lbs It took me a year b/c I didn't exactly stick with it till around after X-mas and New years . All you have to do Is go to the gym work out a little bit and run . Just start off slow and work your way up you'll be really happy with the outcome b/c I was . Now i'm just working on keeping it off and getting back into the routine that I loss this since June which was working out 4-5 days a week . It's not really hard just like I said think of the outcome and push yourself and don't settle for less
