1999 whats the best way to pull the motor

out of a 99 expedition 4wd. Its not mine, it belongs to some good friends of mine. They brought it to me today to check on an oil leak it has. turns out it is the rear main seal leaking. BUT after further investigating, and stress testing. The motor has a bottom end knock. most likely mainbearings. Make the long story short. I was looking at how to remove the engine, so we can get a reman motor to put back in. Ford really crammed that engine in there.
So I'm looking for some help/tips from someone that has done a motor swap on a expedition, or F series truck. Hopefully someone can tell me an easier way.
