For all you rice haters....
this site is extremly funny - a small site but is still funny - www.ricecop.com - on this site people actually go out and write tickets to people with riced out cars and they are posted online - they also have games you can play - one of them is where you can find out how much horse power each sticker, big wing...etc. adds - check it out!
