How to remove your E-brake handle in 1 step:
Step 1: Pull really really hard on the e-brake handle If you pulled hard enough, above mentioned handle will slowly start to slide off.

My e-brake handle has slowly been sliding off just from use. Every so often I have to push it back so I can get at the button to release it.
