Hand brake light stays on!!!

hi ,

my hand brake / parking light stays on even when i release it fully.
anybody knows why? is there any where i need to adjust.

just found that my brake fluid is low, gonna top it it to see if it works

i dunno if this works for nissans, but hondas do this when a brake light is burnt out.
