Hi guys, I've tried searching the web for my engine, but to no avail. I have had a look at the block and it has D15Z2 printed on it. I dunno if this is an Australian engine code or what... Can anyone tell me the specs of this engine? I have seen the specs for the D15Z, but I don't think they are the same for my engine as it is not VTEC (as far as I know). Also, is it just a simple bolt-on if I want to swap in a B16 engine?

I don't really know if it's a DX. Is there an easy way to tell? I think here in Australia it was marketed as the Civic Breeze.

i am not exactly sure how things are there but i have that engine or something hella close to it. its the 1.5 liter engine. it makes like 109 hp or something like that. the b16 swap is not just a bolt on sort of deal , there is alot of work involved. i think if you have not purchased this car and have a certain price range look for 1 with a d16. i am sorry if you just want a civic for a daily driver then get that 1 but dont expect much from it.

Of course there is alot of work to do an engine swap but it still is a "bolt in" affair as far as engine swaps go.
I think you may have something along the lines of a 92-95 Civic Vx.
