Pt.2 Problems installing Ground Controls! Pics inside!!

Today I recieved my new adapters that can be seen below. I pretty much got the install down except for the fact how the adapters mount into the sleeve.....

Here is the picture of the new adapters:



My question is, how do the adapters go into the sleeves. Below are the two options to how the adapter can mount into the sleeve......

Option #1:



Option #2: **It's kind of difficult to see the indention that is pointed out in the first pic. But, it's on the bottom or closer to the sleeve in the pic below.



Here are the instructions for the installtion:



I believe the adapter will go in like the first picture and the adapter will rest on the Bilstein lip near the bottom of the shock.

Thanks for any input on this. If you need more pics or more info let me know.......

That indentation sits on the perch I believe. And if you are holding the coilovers upside down that the first pictures is correct.
