B16A2 into Civic 4spd

Hey, I need a little help in a swap. I recently purchase a B16A2 from a friend of mine. It came off of a 99 Si. It was just the motor and tranny only. The harness and ECU didn't come with it. I was ondering if I can use a OBD1 wiring harness and ECU with this motor or do I have to change some parts around to make it plug up to a OBD1 harness and ECU? Also what other complications I might run into? Any type of help with this swap I would appreciate it. Thanks, Kevin :smoker2:
