shifter clicking after brake pad change
Hopefully someone can give me some advise on this.
I am not sure if I broke something or if I need to adjust something.  I changed the front brake pads on my GF's p11 G20. I re-compressed the calipers with a c-clamp without opening the bleader valve. Now there is a click in the shifter area when the car is in park and the brake petal is pressed. Other than that the brakes seem fine. She is annoyed with it so I need to resolve the problem! It has done that all along. It is the electronic switch that releases the shift lock so that you can move the shifter from park...they usually all click like that. Thanks
