I was lookin online at the aftermarket aluminum intakes and was wondering if it was worth the money for the 8 to 20 hp. My truck is a 92 with the 350 tbi anyone let me know if they have one on theirs and if they would reccomend one?

Re: Aftermarket Intake
I put an airaid intake and throttle body spacer on my 92' silverado, and to be honest with you I dont think that both of those combined made a 5hp difference let alone a 20. The only thing I liked was that it made the engine sound cool. This could have just been my truck, but I had the exact same one as you. Good luck though.

For about the same amout of money you could do what I did on mine and probably be better off. I had a machine shop bore my intake holes out from 1 11/16" to 2" (charged me $90) and bought a used holley throttle body which has 2" bores part #502-6 (on ebay all the time for around $150 used) and added a TBI spacer. You will get way more air flow with the 2" bore over the stock. I don't really know how much it help though because I did this when I pulled my blown 350 and had it built to a 383 stroker.
