WELL in my opinion rice nowadays is a good way to have a sleeper! Absolutely no one in their right mind would think that a civic with a massive aluminum wing, ridiculously wild body kit, crazy ass paint job, and neons out the wazoo would be fast! If you got a fast as hell car, rice the shit outa it and act like a ricer, then youll have a true sleeper!

ur right, because so many riced out cars are slow nowadays because they spend all their money on rice.
i like performance and tasteful rice....

PunkAlex, that would be a true sleeper. Of course, you'd get laughed at a lot, but only before the race, not afterwords.
