Should be the same as my 2000, on the driver's side right where the front and rear door pillars meet, just look underneath on the inside of the frame and you should see it.

Thanks for the reply. Just came back in from looking under the car where you said but I could not find it there. Is it enclosed in a black plastic case that is there?

No, pretty obvious but it was in far enough that you need to jack the van up to be able to see it unless they moved it since my 2000.

On my 2001, it's mounted right inside the frame rail where Lewis pointed out. It's a typical cannister style filter, a little smaller than a soup can.
G/luck

That's where mine is on my 99 also. Don't forget to bleed the pressure off your fuel system if you've driven it. There's a "valve stem" on the fuel rail front side of engine driver side or just let it sit overnight and do it first thing before you start it. Pressure should bleed off overnight. That's the best way. Or else you will be taking a shower in gas.

I pull the fuel pump relay and give it a few cranks, that will clear any pressure in the system.

Take a look in your owner's manual, it shows the location of the box and the individual relay. Should be in your engine compartment all the way on the driver's side. Once you get it open check the diagram in your owner's manual to determine the correct relay to pull.

Sorry for not answering sooner but I found it right where all said it would be when I put it on the ramps and it was very easy to replace and no gas shower either, Thanks again.
