Valve Cover bolts?

i'm missing one freaking bolt that goes on top of your valve cover. it looks like it was a washer with a 10mm bolted on top of it. do you guys know where i can get one at? this is the first night of me having my car back with my d16y8 swap, and i can see oil squirting out of that one place where the bolt should have been.

as you can see on LadyNRedSi's valve cover, you can clearly see the 5 bolts. i'm missing the one all the way to the right where that one ground is at.

Re: Valve Cover bolts?

Did the bolt break off or did you loose it. Mine broke off because i was stupid and tightened it with a socket wrench. But if it broke off you need to redrill out the bolt and replace it. But if you lost it just get one from the harware store(not sure on size)

Re: Valve Cover bolts?

a friend of mine who was using a y8 head and a d15b7 block (turned out to be a bad combination), he ran with only 2 or 3 bolts on the valve cover for a while , and he didn't get any leakage.........
