Unhappy 93 4x4 short bed

hi there ! Im new here !!
I have an 93 4x4 shrt bed 180k tha runs like the wind I drive 160miles every day 2 and from work so the gas bill is @#$%% .
I have an edelbrok intake, flow master exhaust ,kn air filter the truck is great .
my question is .... does anyone know how to get a good gas mileage .I get about 350miles+\- out of the 20 somhing gallon tank>.

Do you have the 350? If so, I would say you're getting pretty good considering the motor and the fact that its a 4x4. I know my old 91 got terrible gas mileage. I would probably go with a hypertech chip. It should give you a little better mileage, and you can get some performance increase to boot.

Hypertech makes two different chips for your model truck. The street runner and the thermomaster. With the thermomaster, you'll need to purchase the hypertech powerstat(thermostat) to go in conjunction with the chip. This chip will give you the largest power increase, but it cost alittle more than the street runner. Alot of websites sell these chips, I'll post a link to one of the many. Just do a little research and find out which website has the best deal on it.
