i have had this truck 6 yrs, runs great it has the normal rust , what i,m asking what repairs should i be getting done , (preventive) the only thing i have had done is oil changes , it has 132,000 miles , when i purchased it it was 74,000 . thanks ........

Change the fluids in the transmission, transfer case, and both differentials.

Flush cooling system and replace coolant

Flush brake lines

Replace power steering fluid

New air filter, plugs, PCV valve

New timing belt, water pump, related belts

Put some injector cleaner in the gasoline for a tankful.

id look into the head gasket sometime in the near future.
