what would be the best engine swap for a 90 integra, I want a engine that doesn't have to many miles?

Well, it depends on what you're looking for performance-wise. What do you plan on using the car for? Do you want to stay N/A or go turbo? Those are the kind of questions you need to ask yourself before you decide what engine to go for.
