WTB: 22x8x15 MT drag slicks/steelies

hi yall,

i know i haven't posted here in like a year (busy workin), but i need a pair of slicks that i can put on when im at the track and when i want to go out this summer and screw with some rice. preferably mt, definately in exact size of 22x8x15. let me know if you have... i will get

i need to beat my friend's 14.9sec starfire (http://www.cardomain.com/id/starfire66). we have a personal grudge... he's never beaten me because when we went out to race his car overheated and died. then the other time i couldn't go.... so i need to win first time out cause i talk a lotta smack, hehe. with the slicks im hoping to hit mid 14's. i will prolly also get a warpspeed ypipe soon and 2.5" exhaust.

-m

So you're going to drop almost a seconds worth of time by adding slicks, a y-pipe, 2.25" exhaust?

With a previous best of 15.4 you're going to drop to mid 14s with just those mods? Or am I missing something... can somebody explain to me how that'll work?

yes you're missing something

my car runs between a 15.2 and a 14.9 stock... the 15.4 i ran it was first time driving stick in my car, and the 3rd day i bought the car. i only drove stick a couple weeks before that in the alty and was still stalling my car at green lights

www.car-stats.com

weight reduction and REAL good shifting........ with ypipe and slicks i know i'll hit mid-high 14's fo sho.
