Unhappy Motor swapping help

I need help deciding on what motor to swap for my original 95 civic dx. I need alittle more hp and i want a bigger engine but im alittle short on cash. I would like to have the gsr engine for my car but mojority of people to\ell me to get the b16. Which would you all prefer me to get.

GSR is a very powerful motor, but expensive, b16 is a nice motor for a good bit more kick when you nail the throttle and you can also upgrade the motors in the future if you get more cash and want more power. IMO i would go with GSR if you can come up with the cash. if you want to go turbo someday, get LS and turbo it later

I agree, if you don't have the money go with the B16. The B18c1 U.S. has about the same hp as the JDM B16a2. Depending on where you get it from the GSR engine will be at least 2-3 times as much as the B16.
