87 CRX dx >d16z6 motor swap HELP!!!???

I have a 87 CRX dx (d15a2 is in it now) id like to put a D16Z6 SOCH VTEC in it. but im having trouble finding info on trany compatability, and ECU wiering harnes. i think it takes a P28 ECU. DOES ANYONE KNOW SOMTHING TO HELP ME?????????

I know this is an old thread, but I'm going to reply for future reference.
The mounts:
First, remove the power-steering pump and bracket, the motor mount will go in it's place (you don't need the power-steering pump).
Next, the stock 1G trans side mount will bolt up to the new D-series trans, so pull that off n swap it out.
Now for the easy part ... not. For the rear mount, you need to use the mount bracket on the D-series trans and the 1g trans mount from the old trans.
First, take the 1G mount bolted to the cross-member off and cut through the rubber, then remove the top section.
Get the tranns mount from the D-series and cut the end of a little bit and do some grinding on the mount bracket. Take the top front engine mount from the D-series and grind the metal spacer in between the mount until you can fit it inside of the rear mount.
It's a pain to get it to fit. but just keep beating on it.

So, that's it for the mounts.
I'll post another reply soon with the wiring harness setup.
