Power window and door locks
I have an '89 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer that is in excellent shape for 155,00 miles. Recently (October) the power windows became erratic and eventually stopped operating at all from either side. About a week ago the power locks stopped functioning. I changed the power window switch on the driver's side but nothing happened. When the power locks went out I pulled both 30 amp fuses that control both windows and locks. They tested OK. I suspect a broken wire in the harness that goes from the driver's door to the dashboard and interior. Can anyone suggest how this should be handled? Thanks much!

Re: Power window and door locks
I would check for power to the switch..if you don't have any, then most likely the wires to the switch are broken in the pass thru between the body and the door...
