Smile Will Hypertech work for my 99 Bird?

Does anybody know if a Hypertech Power Programmer will work for my '99 Firebird? Their website looks like it'll only work on 2000-03 3.8L V6's. (I e-mailed them, but haven't heard back yet).

I still can't find anything like a chip/programmer for a '97 Camaro 3.8L either.

I'm also wondering about OBD scanners if anyone has any ideas about the best ones to use? (Auto Xray...Actron...Equs?)

Hey... Merry Christmas!!!!
