WIll this work for my LED's?

I bought an LED undercar kit and it just came with the 4 tubes of lights and a switch. Can someone go to this site and tell me if i buy this if i can hook all the lights and the switch to it:

I asked the auction guy and he never responded. I dont know if its an adapter for the other box or what.

cool , its just a matter of using hard wire configurations straight off the battery with the box before the on off switch. the box then uses a internal switch that allows power to the lights. I think its cool , your car could be 30 meters away flashing when people walk by but no one in the car , sweet!
