If they are mode for it, you just need to make sur they are for the B18A or b18B if they are used.

i THINK the largest throttle body that will fit on skunk2 intake manifold is 65mm. correct me if im wrong

If so then it can be easily bored to fit.
However unless he is looking to do some extremely wild N/A setup or go big boost then I would stay below 68mm.

even type R's only have 62mm. 70 is huge

Yea like I said unless you are going to have an extremely wild N/A set or boost then you don't need a big TB like that. If you put that on your car it will actually slow the air flow down instead of increasing it. But if you have a turbo the boost is a different story, big = less restriction.
