S-10 problems

I have a 1986 s-10 with a rebuilt 2.8 that has about 20 miles on it. When it is warm it will start up no problem but when the engine is cold it takes a lot of attemps and sometimes starting fluid for it even to want to start. i think it could be a bad choke module, any information on this problem helps, EXCEPT FOR SAYING THAT THE 2.8 SUCKS.

Thanks

The 2.8 does suck! Actually, I take that back. My 2.8 is painted, chromed, and powdercoated, and looks TITS!!!!!!!!! I like my 2.8!! I'm building for ALL SHOW -- NO GO so it doesn't bother me about no power. Mine has to look good sitting still! 'cause that's how it will be when it's in the centerfold....LOLOL

Know this didn't help, but felt like writing something anyway.
