Progress: RA28 Celica LB 2000GT

This is what Ive done so far on my Aoshima Celica LB 2000GT.
The wheels are Aoshima BBS RG, which look to be about 17's. Since this is my second model theres a few stuff ups but u cant really see them in the pics LOL just noticed i forgot to do the panel lines on the fuel filler learning is fun

Painted in Taminya TS21 Gold

Decals and bare metal foil added and cleared with TS13, yet to be polished.

Nice Car!!! love the colour!

Wheels look good as well.. but one question, are you going to detail the wheels? like paint the center cap? THe wheel looks a bit like "toy" at the moment. But other than that ... looks very good!

NICE!! have you though about painting the inner wheel flat black and leaving the outer rim and lip chrome? would look mean and race ready...

BTW I LOVE TH GOLD!! If my prior Skyline would not be in Gold I would have painted the Datsun gold too..

Looks great in gold!

I saw one of these Celicas in the parking lot this morning at work, but it didn't look this good.

Jay, there are lots of them around here, sell cheaply also. When I was looking for my SR5, I found a 72 1600gt, in fair condition, 5speed, yellow, it was nice but had a long 2'' wide rust line across the passenger door, if it had not been for that, I might've purchased it, seeing as it had 98k miles, all it's checkups done at a toyota dealership, receipts and such to prove it, guy only wanted 1500usd for it, BBV was like 2k or something.
