Question 4g63 types

i had a 4g63 engine installed in my stock '95 Lancer Gli. is there a difference between the 4g63 engine from the Galant and from the Evo besides the turbo? if so what and how can u find out?... thanks

the VR4 Galant 4G63 has larger exhaust/intake ports than the evo, but the cams in the vr arent as aggressive as the evo, they use the same block but pretty much everything else has little difference. the evo turbos are slightly larger too, do you know whether your turbo is a TD04 (from an auto) or TD05 with either 14b wheel (vr4) or small 16g (evo)

most of the 63's here dont come with turbos so i wouldnt know...and looking for one is almost exhausting...got any tips on how to maximize my hp from this beast? tnx...4g63...'nuff said
