b17 with a b16b head
1)if i put a b16b head onto my b17 would i see much gains
or 2) what about b18c5 pistons and rods or b18c1 pistons and rods or 3) bore it out to 1.8 what would be my best best opion to see better hp and be most reliable also im going for an all motor setup |

If you want to use OEM parts then get the B18C5 pistons, B18C1 crankshaft and rods. The B17 head should be fine just doa port and polish on it and throw in some B18C5 cams.

If the bore on the B17 is the same as a GSR/Si/LS then the crank from any 1.8 will make it a 1.8...just so you know.
