1983 Dodge 150 stalls while driving. Sometimes the engine dies. When I feel it stall, it's like the engine just quits. I pull over and the engine is still running! I've replaced all ignition parts, primary and secondary (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, distributor, coil, ECM, starter relay, and battery), fuel pump and filter, vacuum hoses, and air filter. The trans has almost 300K on it, but don't think that's it.

Re: stalling while driving
Hello Dod83 My 86 318 4x4 did the same thing--and i still have not figured it out--Maybe a split Gas line allowing air to Blend in with the Suction side of the Fuel Pump? or a Clogged Cat? or a Gas Cap thats Not Venting to the Tank?...Hello all..I am new to the Post and Welcome all that might have some Possible fixes..Thanks

Re: stalling while driving
Welcome to AF, all.
dod83, how about a little more description on the problem? Does it stall, or only seem to stall? Do you have any transmission issues? What transmission do you have?
