Power gain with Cam ?
I have the oportunity to pickup a set of GSR cams for 100$ I am wondering what Kind of Power gain/ loss would I get with those ?

You'd be lucky to see 5hp out of GSR cams.. Maybe not even that. They're really not too different from B16 cams. I'd pick them up if I were you anyway though, I plan on picking up a set when I see some for cheap, its a good cheap upgrade but its so cheap because the gains are quite minimal.
