Mugen MF10 Wheels: Who makes them and where can I buy it?

I have never seen these MF10 wheels anywhere before. Who makes them and where can I buy them?

I know that Fujimi makes a Mugen Integra Type R, but the wheels on the box art are not MF10s.

Tamiya has them in the second version Honda S2000 kit #24245. These are male-type parts:

Pegasus Hobbies has just released a set of the 'same' wheels; female-type:

Thanks for the reply! I read the post on converting wheels from female to male but still don't understand the real difference in female/male rims. I have never built a plastic model before. I am thinking about putting the Mugen wheels on the following models:

Fujimi 99-00 Honda Civic Type R
Revell 99-00 Honda Civic Si

Would I need male or female rims for the models mentioned above and which, if any, of the Mugen wheels would be a perfect fit?

Also, can wheels be easily removed once installed on a model or are they glued into the kit?

I don't get it...

The new rims look good (the M5's), but they're 17's....they are too small to fit their own brand of sleeves....

Just what the world needs...more 17's....

Mugen doesn't make them any bigger than 17". And I think we do need more realisticly scaled rims. But that's just me, and I guess if I wanted 18+ I'd complain too, there don't seem to be many out there. But yeah, I do agree about those deep dish sleeve things, why 23"? What the hell can you fit into that?
