who makes/made the 12" wheels, was it mugen??

im trying to find the mugen(i think mugen made 12s a few years back) if anybody knows where i could find them that would be awesome, i was going to buy nice toyo ra-1's for my 13" steelies but if i can find 12"s that would be awesome, let me know, thanks alot
