dead window motor

can anyone tell me just how you get the old motor out! 86 thunderbird

Yea sure.Takes a hell of a long time to explain it,so heres a video " javascript:void(window.open('/cr/cda/playerex/1,1979,DIY_31599,00.html', 'mm_31599', 'width=350,height=555,scrollbars=auto,menubar=no,t oolbar=no,status=no,resizable=yes')) " Not sure if we can post links,But ill give it a shot.This video should tell you how to get in there and get the old motor out.
