Rear Lower Tie Bar on 1990 Accord

I just recently purchased a rear lower tie bar for my 1990 Accord LX 2-door along with front upper and rear strut bars. I had no problems installing the front and rear upper strut bars but I can't seem to locate where i should be installing the rear lower tie bar. Anyone have one installed on their Accord? If so, could you reply and let me know exactly where the lower tie bar bolts on?

Rear lower control arm bolts.
In mounts on the rear sub frame.
