Car and driver got the car to run a 15.2. So somewhere around there i would say. I would think you should get 30hp out of the i/h/e. maybe 40. That should get you to mid to high 14's. more high i would bet. If you are looking for low 14s high 13s you are going to have to go beyond bolt ons....Cams, intake manifold...and so on.

Peter Gibbons: I don't know. But I really don't like it and, uh, I'm not gonna go.
Joanna: So you're gonna quit?
Peter Gibbons: Uh-uh. Not really. I'm just gonna stop going.
Joanna: When did you decide all that?
Peter Gibbons: About an hour ago.
Joanna: So you're going to get another job?
Peter Gibbons: I don't think I'll like another job.
Joanna: Well what are you going to do about money? Bills?
Peter Gibbons: You know I never really liked paying bills, I don't think I'm going to do that either

WOAH! Slow down there noob, theres no way anyone is gonna get 30-40 hp out of i/h/e on an Integra. Nope, not gonna happen. Realistically, youre looking at about 10-15 whp with those mods.

he was right about the high 14's at least, there is a dyno of a gsr with DC header and DAC intake and sebring tuning cat back, and it had 150.6HP, and 115 ft/lbs over on the JR site.

now if you take the average of 15% loss from 170, it would dyno about
144.5, so I/H/E gave it about 4 WHP, maybe the GSR drivetrain steals more than 15% cuz i thought it would be more than that, or the exhaust sucks or something cuz the LS got 10 HP from AEM CAI, tanabe cat back and dc header.
