94 Bonneville SSE HVAC and ele. locks

Hello, Just discovered this forum last night, and spent the night reading.
Now I have a question. I have a 1994 Pont. Bonneville SSe, electronic door locks, and automatic HVAC.
Recently I noticed that upon attempting to start the engine I would have nothing as if the battery was died. After about 15 minutes it would start and run fine. Out of the blue it would happen again, maybe days, or weeks later. Recently it happened again, only this time I noticed that the security light on the dash was illuminated. For the life of me I could not get it to do anything. I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery and waited a few minutes. Upon reconnecting, still nothing. Couple hours later when I returned, started just fine.

I suspected the remotes battery, as I used the same remote daily, so I replaced the batteries in both remotes. It has been fine for weeks, however, NOW I notice that the remote is not locking the door, (thus setting the security system). Curious if I should have synchronized the remotes with the car when I replaced the batteries, and if so, How would I?

Also, recently my A/C is blowing hot, very hot air. I read thru a Haynes manual and suspect the freon is low and was going to purchase that and the hose in order to fill it, but the picture in the manual is different than my system, (the Haynes manual covers Buick/Olds/Pont 85-98 so I am thinking it was a pic of a different cars system), and there is from what I can see two nipples, and Im not sure which would be the right one for the fill. One is on a line for the Accumulator, and the other one is on the line for the Radiator. Note: I ran the A/C this evening and felt the two lines, one was very cold as almost frost (<< the one for the accumulator), and the other, for the radiator, was so-so.
So, my question is does the HVAC sound like it is a low refridgerant, and if so, what is the procedure and which nipple?
Again, I am new here and if I can answer any questions, from my previous auto experience I will, but these newer systems are to computerized now a days.
Thanking you in advance for any assistance.
Jim

Your security light coming on is a problem if it goes into theft mode you are locked out of starting the car for 10 minutes. Even disconecting the battery does not clear the problem because once you reconnect the battery the timer starts again.

Their is no way to resync your remotes on your car!! I would suspect that one of your door lock actuators ripped the bumper off the arm. Does your lock unlock but not lock? If so I would bet its the actuator.

Your AC fill port is the one on the accumlator, that is your low side fitting. Since you grabbed the lines and one was hot the other cold your freon level should be ok. There has to be another reason why you are not getting cold air out of the ducts.
