I have a question about swap.

i have a 97 civic hatch, with a d16y7 motor. i also have a 94 lsvtec motor(ls block, gsr head). i was wondering if anyone knew what am i supposed to do with the wiring harness to make the swap work. i already know everything about the mounts. now i need to figure everything out with the wires. i also have a gsr ecu with a mugen chip. obviously the motor is obd1, so as the ecu, but the civic is obd2. so if anyone can help me out that would be great.
