Notice a big difference?

When I swap my d15b2 with a b16a, how much of a diference am I going to notice? I mean, is it going to thrill me, or is it going to just be...oh...k...thats nice...? I mean, I want to be thrilled, but I have a small budget. Will a b16 do it for me at first?

Dude, the difference is incredible. At least for the first month, then it's like, damn this thing isn't as fast as it should be. So every once and awhile you must drive a slow car to remind you how fast yours is.

VTEC will definitely put a big grin on your face, one that only another VTEC’er will understand. Hell you will notice it, just trust us! As long as everything is working ok you should be very impressed!

I wasn’t talking about the “VTEC kick” if that’s what you’re referring to, owning a H22 & a B16 I wouldn’t be that naïve. Rather I was referring to the presence of torque at higher revs where normally that would not be present on a d15b2. Pulling strong to 8K is something only a fellow VTEC’er would know…….and maybe the odd biker!
