Question Scan Tool Recomndations?

I am looking into getting an ODB-II scan tool for my two civics. What are you guys using? Any recomendations? Is PC or PALM/Pocket PC better. Whose software? Thanx in advance.

here we go again

just use a paper clip. if u know where your ecu is just look next to it there is a green rubber plug holder with a blue plug in it with 1 wire take a paper clip and jump the only 2 holes in the plug. turn your car to acc. and start counting engine codes slow is 10's fast is 1's ex 1 slow and 1 fast is 11 and go to something like jdmfan.com to find what it means.
