civic bumper

I just bought a blitz front bumper for my 92 SI hatch, but i have a small gap from the head light to the bumper on both sides this is my third bumper i've tried can i mold a peace to them go under the headlight

it can be done, but it won't be cheep. If its a fiberglass bumper, it'll be a lot cheaper than a urathane one. I know a guy who can close the gap on urathane, but it takes like 15 hours per side he said at like $42 an hour. Probably cuz he has to keep takin the bumper off and on as part of the process. I've seen his work, looks good, but then again, good work isnt cheap. Your best bet is to hit up the differnt custom shops in the area. and make sure you do ur resa\earch before choosen a shop, a bad shop and screw ur car up in a hurry. A good way to judge it is toi ask to see the shops facilites, other cars they are working on and have completed. Also, asking ppl at shows in your area and be a good way to find someone too. DOn't know if any of this helps, if not, just pay no attention

get a new bumper, where i live 95%of the cars have that bumper. its like there are no other bumpers made
