simple. I have a 2002 ex so i can help
Tools needed: Flathead Screwdriver, 10mm socket.

1.)Open your hood, look right above your grille there will be what look like plastic rivits. Use a flathead screwdriver and pop them out.
2.) In your front left and right fender wells there is a screw at the top/front. remove these screws.
3.) Creep under your car and look under the bumper cover. there is one screw on each end, and another series of those rivit things. Remove those.
4.) For this step you will need your 10mm socket and remove all of the bolts that you see on the bottom of the bumper.
5.) You might need a buddy for this next one cause you dont want to scratch the front end of your bumper cover. Remember the screws you took out from the fender wells on the front. Go back and grab ahold of the ends of the bumper. Now pull the sides away from the car. Do not be afraid, you will hear about 4 pops/cracking noises
6.) Now it should fall right off into your hands.
7.) To put back on just reverse steps.

If you dont understand something just tell me and i can explain in further detail.

Hey claws if you didnt have your thumbs up your ass you would know that clearing the headlights involves breaking the seal. You break the seal, then take out the amber corner and re-seal. The problem when i re-sealed moron was that the humidity levels were on the high side and one of the lights fogged, not my problem that is the humidity's fault.

And ladies and gentlemen let me assure you that KillerClaws does not know what he is talking about, and if you do not belive me i dont care, just look up his prior post and you will find out.
