Will a 99-00 Civic bumper fit on a 96-98 Civic?

The front bumper will not fit. The complete front side has changed with the face lift.
The rear bumper will fit. hope this helps edit: little correction. If you use the hood, fenders headlight and bumper (hope it didn't forget a part  ) of a '99, you can make it fit a '96 model...
