99-00 Civic bumper line up with 98 bumper?
I am about to buy a 98 Civic EX and I want to know if the 99-00 Civic front bumper will fit on it. Is it a simple bolt on or will I have to customize it? Also how much do you think the stock front bumper will cost?

You have to replace everything. Bumper, headlights, fenders, hood, and grill to work.
