2006 MontanaAWD with no power

Engine will not accelerate over 3200 rpm. No codes. Replaced accelerator pedal with sensor. Can not find problem. Assuming it must be air/fuel related. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

How many miles? Verify 50-60psi of fuel pressure, may have a weak pump or clogged filter, also may have a plugged catalytic converter.

Thank you for your reply.
The vehicle has a steady 60psi fuel pressure idling and driving. The catalytic convertor was removed and made no difference in acceleration.
