Rough idle and lower speed rough engine.

I have a 96 Ranger 2.3 196,000 miles auto a/c p/s reg cab. Lower compression on #2 75psi 160 to 165 on other 3. Changed both coil packs and fuel filter but still runs rough but seems to smooth out under hard acceleration and highway speeds. No smoke or engine light.

I would guess a vacuum leak possibly having to do with the bad cylinder
