98 S10 Passenger side lights/signals not working

I have replaced the bulbs in every outlet on the passenger side but nothing is working yet. Is there a "flasher" that could be out on that side only and if so where is it located in the vehicle. (It sounds like it is behind the glove box.) Thanks. HELPPPPPP

Left and right side lights are on seperate fuses in under hood fuse box.

Go there with a test light and check fuses and power to fuse with lights on.
Let us know what you find.
