turn signal lights not working

hi, the signal lights on my durango do not work. first, when i used the signal, it made the clicking noise, the arrow lit up, then it double clicked and the arrow stopped working. now when i used the turn signal, sometimes it makes the clicking noise, but the arrows dont light up and the lights dont work either. i have checked for any burned bulbs, the are all working fine. any ideas?

What about the Hazard lights?

hazards lights do work, and the park lights work as well....im thinking is the turn flasher.....any other ideas?
