Question vtec head onto d15b2 can i do it?

Hey peeps, I found this sight about a week ago and am loving it. Finally a sight where i can find stuff about the 88-91 civic not just the crex. Anyway back to my question. i found on a couple of little backwater web pages that it is possible to put a vtec head on a d15b2 jdm engine, or mabey just a little better head, my jdm engine came w/ a carberator on it and my mechanic had to rig something onto it, and i'm not lookin for messloads of power just a little more would a new head be the best bang for my buck? and if i swapped in a multipoint injection from a 90 civic si, would i be able to keep that if i changed my head to vtec, help i can't afford a full engine swap. and just bought a d15b2 so it would run period until i could do stuff to it. please help.
